Privacy
This draft describes what the MoMoZen website does with information today. It will be updated before subscriptions and accounts launch.
Who we are
momozen.io is operated by [legal name / business entity], [city, state]. Contact: [privacy contact email], or use the contact page.
What we collect, and why
- Waitlist sign-ups: your email address and, if you choose, how long you have been trading. Used to tell you when early access opens.
- Contact form: your name, email, trading experience, message, and whether you asked for the white paper. Used to reply to you and send what you asked for.
- Server and security logs: like most websites, our hosting and security providers process technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information stored only on your device
The Daily Routine tracker and The Body checklist save your entries in your own browser (local storage) so they are there when you come back. That information stays on your device; it is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data deletes it.
Services we use
- Formspree receives and forwards form submissions (waitlist and contact).
- Cloudflare delivers and protects the website.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr serve fonts and icons; your browser requests these files directly from them.
- Links to other sites (for example YouTube channels or Apple Music playlists) take you to services with their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
[Retention periods for waitlist and contact messages — to decide.]
Your choices
You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist, or to access, correct or delete what you have sent us, by contacting us. [Add state-specific rights (e.g. California) and EU/UK rights if applicable — to review.]
Children
MoMoZen is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update this page as the site changes, including when accounts and payments are added, and change the date at the top.
